My vote is for Mobile Refinery Operation... Its so uber that CCP has decided not to release anything that actually requires this skill. I swear i have had it on my skill list for 2+ years now :P

Personally I find it easier to build my own ammo then worry about buying it. Reasoning for it... -Only cost to me after i own the BPO is time. (mining for the stuff or killing things and recycling) -Allows me to keep my isk for something else -Al...

I actually like this idea. It wouldn't stop the BLOB of course but it would make it harder to control one. It woudl also increase the usefulness of the Tech 2 Command Ships as you would need one for each gang in the blob.

Electronics - Increases CPU Engineering - Increases PG Weapon Upgrades - Reduces Turret CPU need (think it was CPU) Those are all i know off hand however there are similar skills for most of the module classes. Best is to open the market for that...

Basicly it depends on the corps. Alot of the major corps/alliences i know of want you to be self sufficient. Which in itself can be hard for a beginning player. If you want a more specific goal then my first post of the usefulness of the shotgun ...

Shotgun Approch would be best to start focusing in Enginering Catagory, a ship catagory, and a weapon catagory. With a splash of Mechanic and Electronics. That will unlock alot of stuff for you and boost your survival quickly. After that i would ...

Implants are lost if you get podded so those really dont matter when it comes to choosing a new clone. I personally upgrade my clone when my current clone has less than 5% (estimated) spare SP storage as I will probobly forget when I actually NEE...
